1) make sure you have xp sp 2 installed and all the other bits updated as well... dx9c and gfx driver.

2) get the latest offering from the berlios site.

3) uninstall and delete the pumpkin folder off the hard drive.

4) fresh install - DO NOT PLAY!!! right away.

5) locate and install the fresh warzone 2100.exe from berlios. http://developer.berlios.de/project/showfiles.php?group_id=2909
